Perfect Location and Friendly Service
I had a lovely stay opposite Hyde Park, which was perfect for morning strolls. The staff were genuinely friendly and made our breakfast experience special with personal touches. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities like the mini fridge and kettle. it would be nice to see some updates to the decor.

The room was spacious with two double beds, accommodating comfortably for a family. Reception staff were exceptionally friendly, making the stay pleasant. Location was ideal for walking back from a local event, and having access to an all-you-can-eat breakfast was a delightful perk. the sink’s positioning in the bedroom felt unconventional, and while the shower was good, some mattresses may not provide the best support for everyone.

would be happy to recommend for a temporary stay
Comfortable room, welcoming staff, the room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 toddlers with plenty of storage, and we appreciated the availability of breakfast options including cereal and cooked items, while being just a 5-minute walk from Marble Arch Tube station made exploring the area easy.
Everything met my expectations.

Highly recommended for families!
The breakfast was solid, really enjoyed the freshly made eggs and friendly staff making it even more pleasant. We also had a nice chat with the reception about nearby attractions, it felt genuine, like talking to friends rather than just staff.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for the quality, I'd say it was fair.

We had a fantastic stay with the kids, enjoying the spacious family room and the lovely breakfast that set us up for the day. The hotel had a great lounge area perfect for relaxing and a cozy outdoor space for some fresh air. The only downside was the occasional noise from the hallway, but that didn't stop us from having a great time! 😊

Lovely stay in a great spot
Had a good time! The staff were super friendly and helped with everything. The room was actually nice for the price, and the area is just perfect, close to Hyde Park. Breakfast options were great but the smoking area really seeped into the hallway, which was kinda annoying.

Great Stay for the Fam!
We had such a nice time! The room was super spacious for us and the kids, with plenty of room to move around. Loved how the staff were so friendly and even helped out when we needed an early check-in. Breakfast was a real treat too—lots of yummy options! Only thing was the noise from the street could be a bit much at times.

Room was cozy and clean. It had a comfy bed which made for a good night’s sleep. It was also well-equipped with everything needed, like a TV and fridge. A little outdated decor, but that gave it some charm. Just a heads up, no lift, so be prepared for some stairs!

Great location with cozy room
I spent 3 nights at this hotel. The location is super close to Oxford Street! Our room was a bit small, but spotless and comfy. The breakfast was fresh, and I loved having a terrace to chill outside. Just a heads up, there's no lift, managing luggage up those stairs was a bit of a struggle.

It was just a good match for a momentary visit in London with great value-to-price ratio. The cheerful atmosphere during breakfast really lifted my spirits for the day ahead. Make sure to bring your own bath towels if you're sensitive to smaller amenities.
